My Stampin’ Up! Story
In 2003 I went on a trip with my husband and my daughter. I took tons of pictures. All of the pictures were amazing and deserved much better treatment then to be put in a photo album or worse to be left, unseen in a box. I had heard about Scrapbooking and thought that might be a good place to start.
I didn’t know what I was doing, I didn’t have a coach, teacher or guide or even any materials. Needless to say it took me until 2008 when I was on Maternity Leave with my son Alexander to commit the time to finishing my book. I scoured the internet and asked around and found myself contacting a Demonstrator with Scrapbooking Direct Sales company to get started. That Demonstrator was the one who introduced me to Stampin’ Up!. I got in touch with my now Upline, Caroline LeBel. As soon as I got my hand on a catalogue I was obsessed. I carried that poor thing around with me everywhere, and I wanted everything in it. I signed up for a club, and the first time I went I was hooked! Within 6 months of joining that club I had signed up as a Demonstrator and I have never looked back. My goal of supplementing my families income has been realized, and each month I look for new ways to continue to grow my business because it brings me more than money. I have a creative outlet and I have made lifelong friendships.
I love all aspects of paper crafting. Scrapbooking allows me to preserve my memories, card making allows me to share the love and gift boxes & party favours allow me to help make new memories. And best of all I love being a leader, and sharing this opportunity with others. I have a wonderful team of Stampers who meet quarterly for fun and of course STAMPING!
I love teaching classes & workshops in my studio. Visit my calendar for all my upcoming events.
I live in Morriston, Ontario with my husband, daughter, son and father. Morriston is conveniently located on the 401 at Highway 6 South (exit 299 to African Lion Safari) between Guelph, Milton & Cambridge.
